    ********************Cons*******
    1. Will increase the work load on students.
    2. Revolts and protests in Southern India may start.

3 Language formula has both pros & cons:
    Pros:
    1. It will help to forge a common identity of our nation.
We often say that diversity is our strength but its also important to have a common identity as well. Sometimes diversity & linguistic differences lead to communal tensions as political leaders try to polarise the regions. Having a common language will help every region to associate itself with the nation.
    2. It will open options of locations for job seekers.
Right now, many people are hesitant to go to a city which speaks a different language. People are concerned about not finding a good company of friends due to linguistic differences. Having a common language will motivate them to search for jobs in new cities.
    3. Decrease the North-South divide
From a very long time, there exists a divide in our country between Northern & Southern states. Its because of various factors such as Geography, Economy & Languages.
3 language formula would be a great start to decrease the north-south divide.
    Cons:
    1. Burden on students
There will be a burden on students to learn a new language. It may result in increased academic pressure. If the teachers are not proficient, students may not be interested in learning the language.
    2. Loss of regional identity
People take pride in associating themselves with their region. It could dissolve the regional identity of states. We have already seen protests in state of Tamil Nadu. They are very concerned about having a regional identity at national level & are vehemently opposing the 3 language formula.

We can conclude that having a 3 language formula is for the greater good for the nation. Govt must negotiate with regional govts. Assurance must be given to them about conserving their regional identity.
Ultimately it will result in more unity among regions and reducing discrimination on the basis of language.

According to me 3 language formula is good because of the era of globalization, people don’t want to confine them in the country. Nowadays peoples want to expand themselves for their study purpose and work purpose. Anything whatever it is students learn something extra this is not bad it’s good. We everybody aware English is the international language , all over the world people can communicate with English , but some of the places are there people speak in their regional language. In South India most of the people speak with their regional language sometimes peoples are in trouble because they don’t know their regional language. So learn is always good. But every thing is good side and bad side . Usually students have lot of pressure because of they have to obtain good marks but there is 3 language formula they have to take extra pressure. Nowadays students not only study for academic qualifications they learn for extra caricular activities. They have to take extra pressure. So whatever it is learning is good , anytime their life they can use it.

As we all know that world is growing day by day and peoples also, now at this time everyone wants to learn new skills to get more success in their life. There are many pros and cons of this formula.

    PROS-
This is a good idea for students to learn new language in their school time with their regular course and they have a free hand to communicate in other language.
As we all know that india is a diverse country there are many language spoken in the country so if we want to speak to south indian peoples then we should be aware of that language in which we want to communicate so this is also a plus point for students.

Scientists have proven that if we want to sharp our brain and want to express our memory then we should have to lean new skills like other language so this can benefit us.

    CONS:
The main problem is the burden on students to learn a extra language this will kill a huge time of students.

In some schools language will be fix by teacher or school principle so this will also stand a problem for students.

If any student have a interest in games or in other any activity then he has no time for fullfil his/her desire this will also create a harassment in students.

    CONCLUSION:

the education system has to create a opinion poll for students and take seminars in each district and to create a awareness in students about this plan and then decide to implement this rule in indian education system or not.
