Without ethics any business can’t run for a long time. Eithcs means rule to maintain the business in a very honest. Sometimes organizations will take decision and sometimes for same matters organizations will take not same decisions any other decision this is not good. Those staffs are leading the company must have take care of organizations profit otherwise it will be very difficult to run the business. Sometimes we see staffs are gets corrupted and don’t care of organizations pros and cons they think about their own. Management has to take care all the things very strictly. Sometimes we see top to bottom staffs all are going to corrupt then business can’t run so everybody has to maintain the eithcs.
