According to me reduce wealth gap between rich and poor it is impossible. It is continuing and in future it will continue because nowadays market scenario rich is getting richest and poor is getting poorer. As we are living twenty first century and still many peoples are there uneducated. May be they have intelligences and potentiality but their parents cannot afford them. Those are daily wager , labourer and small farmers where they will get money and how they can afford their children. Sometimes their children may be drop out and join any work with a meager income. Sometimes we see in a rare to rarest cases they take the hardship and send their children to reputed school and may be they get scholarship they can stable in their life . May be they get a good job and good remuneration or by caste reservation they get government job they can change their livelihood . But if parents cannot afford their education then how they will change their life. But those are rich people they will provide their children good education and definitely they will start their career in a proper manner. So according to me two classes of people was there , is there and will be there.

Women should be give protection. A sense of safety will enhance their productivity, family members should also support them.
There is skill deficiency in India even though we have lot of engineers but still as per job requirements they are not upto the mark.
We must prove our population with low cost but high learning skills professional courses.
Being an educated person can get a job but being a professional you can create job opportunities.
There are less education and knowledge based programs on investment in India.
Indian must have skills of how to invest in stock markets which will boast investment returns for middle class and bridge the gap between rich and poor.

I just wanted to clarify one thing. In the starting paragraphs, you wrote India’s GINI to be 35, but isn’t GINI a value which lies between 0 and 1.
